At least this week I managed to attend Crossfit 3 times.
It involved doing handstands and back squats with a 52.5kg for me, also box jumps and a Heavy Helen on Friday! The back of my legs hurt a lot due to the Heavy Helen.
I know to most of you this sounds like none sense talk... Not to worry, I will explain what all these terms mean at some point. Just trust me when I tell you, it was a good hard workout and I am still in the lower percentage of the leader board... there are some seriously strong people at my box (gym).
I only managed one run this week as well, a 3km run and I only stopped once...
